Q: I don’t want to be tied down to a contract
A: You can Freeze your account for 1 month’s time up to 3 times annually free of charge. We understand life can throw curve balls when you least expect it, therefore (unlike our competitors) we set up our membership with this in mind.
Q: What if I move away from an ALOTT?
A: If you can provide proof of a move that is not in an ALOTT 50 mile radius- we will cancel free of charge. Examples of proof would be a lease agreement or mortgage statement that is dated and includes the name of the membership owner.
Q: What if I am not using the membership- can I use it the next month?
A: If you decide to become a member- we highly suggest you take advantage of your pre-paid service as well as your tremendous discount every month because your pre-paid service does not roll over. If you don’t use it, you will lose it.
Q: What if I want to visit a different location other than the location my membership is housed at?
A: On the ALOTT Membership you will have to use your pre-paid service at the location your membership is housed at. If you are simply using your discount at another location- we do allow you to visit another ALOTT on a limited basis (one time per month). The front desk representative will have to call your home salon to verify your membership.
Q: What if I want to rotate my visits so I can continually use all 3 Denver Metro Area ALOTT locations?
A: We are currently working to a solution for our members that would like to use all ALOTT locations. At this time, our members will need to choose a home salon. If we find our members would like this option- we will explore resolutions.
Q: I don’t have a credit/debit card but I still want to become a member?
A: At this time, our clients do need to provide a valid debit or credit card for us to have on file to become a member. We can offer our clients the option to come in monthly and pay cash if they do not want their account debited but we will still require a valid debit or credit card to keep on file. We are currently exploring pre-paid options where clients can pay upfront for their memberships in full at the time of membership purchase. If this is something you are interested in, please speak to your front desk representative and she will have a manager contact you.
